(students must send proof of full time student status to info@icacdafrica.org. We accept either a valid student card or a letter from the university).		Payment

If you are requiring to be picked up from and delivered to the airport – please send an email to: bismark@icacdafrica.org with details including date of arrival, time of arrival, flight number, airline name and the name of the hotel you will be staying at.

Cancellation Policy Notification of any alterations or cancellations must be sent by email to Bismark Appiah-Kubi – bismark@icacdafrica.org. Any delegate cancelling before Friday 16th October 2009 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative fee of $75.00USD. No refunds will be made after Friday 16th October 2009. If you are unable to attend, you may nominate someone else to attend in your place at no additional cost.
